End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
  • Game Title and Developer: This EULA applies to Game/Games, which is developed and published by NOSTRA GAMES LTD ("Developer").
  • Acceptance of Terms: By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Grant of License
  • License Scope: Subject to this EULA, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
3. License Restrictions
  • You may not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Game to others.
  • You may not modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Game.
  • You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
4. Ownership
  • The Game and all copies thereof, and all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by the Developer and its licensors. This EULA does not convey to you any ownership rights in the Game.
5. Termination
  • This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
  • The Game is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • In no event will the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
8. Miscellaneous
  • This EULA is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], excluding its conflicts of law rules.
  • Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
